The documents that HRs ask for are usually mentioned with job description. Click on the card of the job you like. There you can find the job description along with all the documents that are required. HRs usually ask for Adhaar, Pan card, and bank passbook. If there are any driving-related jobs, HRs might also ask for DL and RC.
If the HR has asked you to send documents, firstly, make sure you are sending photocopies and not originals if you are sending them physically.
However, if you’re sending the documents online, you can whatsapp them to their number or mail them to the HR’s mail id.
