Hi. Medals on your profile showcase all the skills that you have. For example, you could have a medal for English.
To get medals, here is what you need to do:
Step 1: Go to the Jobs Section.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Apply’ button of the job that you want to apply to.
Step 3: You’ll have to answer a few questions related to the job you are applying for.
If you get the skill-related questions correct, you’ll get a medal for that which will be shown on your Profile in the Skills area.
Example: If you are applying for a sales job then you might face some questions related to Upselling or pricing strategy. After answering all the questions correctly you will get relevant medals, these questions are asked by HR so that they can filter the right candidates.
